Only four out of five because the texture's a little odd. Otherwise, it cleans well, freshens breath, and does it all without overchemicalized artificial sweeteners. Very happy.

I purchased the toothpaste because it has xylitol but I've since determined it doesn't have enough to make a difference. I'm sure it's okay as toothpaste. Also, it doesn't taste very good.
