Will 1 remote control all 3 bulbs in spot light setup? Or will each bulb require a remote each?

1 remote controls all 3 bulbs. There’s no setup to be honest. Just put the bulb in the bulb socket and take out the plastic attached to the remote and that’s it. I love it and few weeks ago for my birthday,all my friends were asking where did I get this bulb.

Can these lamps be used in an electric or gas fire to replace the fire glow bulbs?

Yes but only if the bulb mounts sideways.

What android app can i use to control this as a replacement for the remote (via ir not wifi)?

the led bulb is the remote contolled, not the controlled by APP. If you need a APP controlled led bulbs, youc can choose our Bluetooth light bulb.

If you mean can the bulb give out more than one colour then no, but for every colour you can select various shades / brightness levels giving multiple colour combinations. There is ‘disco mode’ as my kids call it colour changes every few seconds.
