Disney animated version of the classic fairy tale. I don't know if it my DVD player (which has worked for every CD and DVD put in) but it wont play. I took it out and checked for scratches (there weren't any) and put it back in and it still shows up saying cannot play

The movie never worked. I tried multiple DVD players and there was always an error message that said the picture color was not readable. It still shows it as “shipping” so I can’t start a return because they haven’t shown it as delivered even though it was delivered weeks ago. Very disappointing!
