More comfortable, better aiming, and charging is super convenient
After getting about 80 hours into Zelda I was finding my joy cons uncomfortable because they're quite small for my adult-sized hands, and when performing certain actions like aiming with the bow they would slowly slip out of my hand and make me miss my shot. I've been using the PDP grip for the past 30+ hours of game play. It adds a bit of extra girth and texture for my ring and pinkie fingers to hold on to while aiming, and I actually like the rubber analog stick pads a lot more than I expected I would. The rubber surface prevents slipping, and because they make the sticks taller they are actually more precise! I've been able to comfortably turn my camera speed up to Very Fast since adding the analog stick pads. The charging dock is great! It's way more convenient than the official Nintendo charging grip with the USB-C plug. The dock sits in place on my TV cabinet so I don't have to dig around for it or have the cable slide behind the TV. When the grip is in the dock it's about the same height as the Switch in dock mode and blocks part of my TV, so I put the dock on the side with the console. The charging LEDs on the base are bright and might be bothersome in a dark room, but when you remove the controller from the dock they are not illuminated.I have two minor complaints: First, the extra thickness from the joystick caps makes the minus (-) button is harder to press. For a game like Zelda where you want to access the map frequently this can be a bit of a pain, but I can't really expect the grip to change the button layout on the default joy cons, and this option is a lot less expensive than a full-blown pro controller.Second, the triggers on the joy con already have some travel before actuation, and the grip increases this (e.g. you have to pull the triggers ( ZL / ZR ) A LOT more to actuate them. They are definitely not twitchy and require a lot more deliberate effort to actuate the trigger. I'm still getting used to this a bit, but I haven't tried it in Mario Cart or Splatoon yet. I might be able to fix this by jamming a piece of paper into the trigger housing to close the gap. So far I am learning to be more deliberate about pulling the triggers. (Note that this ONLY applies to the triggers, not the shoulder buttons, which seem about the same as before.)Overall I'm super satisfied and I would definitely buy this again. Though I can't personally use two at the same time, the charging feature is so much more convenient I might splurge on a second one for my other joy cons.

Ergonomic charging grip that works great after slight modification!
This is slightly Bigger then the default joycon controller dock. So if you have average size or bigger hands this is going to be a better feel for you in the long run. The charging dock is a great touch and the reason i bought this, I didnt like having to hook my joycons up to the console to charge them every time they went dead. This controller grip is damn near perfect except the ZL and ZR buttons. I read the other reviews about the issue and was like i can deal with it. Its bad. The L and R buttons work perfect but the bottom buttons and complete trash. So i attempted the paper trick another reviewer mentioned and i couldn't get it to work for me. I ended up taking apart the grip and removing the top buttons completely, this was what i needed to do to get the most out of the controller. Im now using the original L+R and ZL + ZR buttons on the joycons. The original hinge mechanism i have removed from the Controller Grip and i just put the Spring loaded clamp back on to hold the joycons in place.

Good news for Pokemon lets go players!
If you're like me you bought Pokemon lets go pikachu/eevee assuming you could use your $70+ pro controller to play it. Sadly this is not the case because Nintendo wants you to spend another $70 for the pokeball plus controller (two buttons and a stick). This accessory is the closest thing there is to being able to use a pro controller with lets go and costs a fraction of the price of their little crappy pokeball controller, it feels super comfortable to hold and is nearly the same size as the pro controller. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about but I can tell you that it feels high quality, it works perfectly, feels secure in my hands so using it with the forced motion controls is not a problem, and with the two controllers side by side you can easily execute a double pokeball throw every single time making rare Pokemon that much easier to catch. 5/5 I really love this thing and highly recommend it ✌️😎

Not perfect by any means but overall pretty nice
Overall pretty nice.Pros:- Comes with a nice stand/display- Charges in the stand- Grip is comfortable enough- Adds triggers to the ZL/ZR/L/R buttonsCons:- The grip itself is not a charging pack so it will only charge on the stand, not a problem but could have been an improvement- The z triggers are not always in place. There is a backplate that flips up where the ZL/ZR/L/R buttons are on the joycons to lock them into the grip and they add some triggers to the buttons. My plate doesn't lock the joycons tightly in so they'll slide down/around so the z triggers don't make great contact and won't go off sometimes, very important for trigger heavy games like shooters..

Doesn’t work
Received and immediately plugged in to use. Unit is defective and doesn’t work. Only left side of the charging base turns on red, but never changes to green to show charging is complete. Right side doesn’t work at all.

Perfection.
This has to be the best Joycon grip out there. Feels amazing compared to the Nintendo comfort grip. It has a hinge that locks the controllers in and has built in triggers, feels similar to an Xbox controller. The dock is nice, and the controller very lightly rests in it.In provided pictures I am using stick grips from the Surge joy con mini controllers. The grips included with this product are also nice though. After using for a few days I can agree with another reviewer that it is a touch flimsy, namely the hinge and triggers. They're a little loose and jiggly, but not bad or uncomfortable in use.

Just what i expected
Not good if your a hardcore gamer of sports who is an aggressive gamer like my husband who pushes hard on buttons, but works perfect for me and Animal Crossing New Horizons. Easy to charge...A+++++

Bene!
