can I use this for my puppy

If you're thinking of using this to make top knots on a yorkie or similar small breed, I think they're a bit too small. They'd also pull hair out when removed.

I will apply it for my front two teeth. will it be fine or i'll buy 1/8'' inch or 3/16'' inch version ? urgent (my front two teeth is semi-big)

I use them for my front teeth and they are fine. It does bring the gap closer together. I don't know if I would buy a thicker one only because you will get spaces on the teeth next to your front teeth. This size seems to work fine for me. They are cheap enough you could probably buy different sizes and see which works better.
