A: It does, but not for long. This isn’t the regular strength Sudafed. It’s a very low dose. I would just go to a pharmacy and ask for some behind the counter, the right brand is 120mg.

I swear it works so well, especially when the only symptom is stuffy nose. Keep you sleep well at night when taking the night pill. A bonus feature is the pills are so small and so easy to swallow, which is a big deal for my child who always complain other cold medicines are like horse pills
