Salud 2-in-1 Hydration + Immunity Drink Mix, Cucumber Lime

I’ve tried quite a few electrolyte powders, and this cucumber lime flavor is one of my favorites. It’s light, crisp, and refreshing without being overly sweet or overpowering like so many others I’ve tried. The single-serve packets are super convenient to keep in my purse, at work, or while traveling. As far as effectiveness goes, it does exactly what I need it to do and helps keep me hydrated. The flavor is what really sets it apart for me, though. I’ll definitely be reordering because it’s one of the few electrolyte powders I actually enjoy drinking.

I really like the flavors, they all taste great especially the watermelon and lime flavors. They hydrates me well, does everything they claim it does, and relatively affordable. I highly recommend Salud.

These salad cucumber flavored hydration packets are so good. Like if you made a fresh batch of agua Fresca. Mixes really well, doesn’t clump up when added into the water. Felt hydrated and satisfied with the flavor. You will want to make these more than once a day. Dangerously delicious

Love these drinks, so refreshing. Sometimes i will add lime and chia seeds. The colder the water the better these taste. Great with breakfast or lunch . Does give me slight awakening energy. Not like an energy drink energy. Very subtle but I feel a sense of wellbeing after drinking these (vitamins & minerals). I can only do one a day, anything more I get a headache and bloating so just becareful with overconsumption.

I was wanting to like these more than I did. Nice product, nice flavor but pricey and vs my regular brand, reluctantly, I won't purchase again. Wish this came in large container instead of sachets, so you can scoop your own amount according to water bottle size, and not have to use 2 sachets to get good flavor. Hydration seemed to work fine.

I love these! I’ve tried a few flavors of the electrolyte variety: cucumber lime, hibiscus, and pineapple. The best one hands down is the cucumber lime. I stretch the servings out by splitting the packets in half. I found that personally it was too sweet/flavorful using a whole packet. My favorite way to use these is to make mocktails with plain seltzer or coconut water instead of water. I will say, the pineapple is not really my taste. I tried it with plain seltzer and found that it strangely tasted like a Red Bull or monster energy drink, which I’m not really a fan of. But if you like that taste, this could be a much healthier alternative if you’re trying to cut down on energy drinks. Bottom line: Try these! They’re great.

Taste is good but it’s a little pricey for me to keep buying.
