Excellent ankle sleeve. It freezes easily and is very easy to put on my ankle. Stays cold for a good amount of time to help with swelling. I recommend this item.

Worth its weight in gold. Only complaint is the slit up the back to accomadate bigger calves, but I just put an ice pack under there to hit the entire foot...toes, heals to over the ankle area ( fractured ankle and soft tissue damage. Putting this sleeve on when needed is like wearing a bra for 72hrs and finally taking it off... instant satisfying relief. It stays cold for the time needed, and doesnt take long to freeze again

Fits perfectly on the leg. I used it in both hot and cold modes. In both settings, it doesn't retain the heat or cold for very long. Cold lasts around 10 minutes, heat 7-8 minutes. The wrap is very comfortable and fits excellently on the leg. Excellent quality.
