I really recommend this camera it’s so easy to transfer the photos to your phone and it’s really good quality. I’ve had it for about a month or two now and only charged it twice, therefore it has a good battery life. The colour accuracy is really good compared to photos taken on my phone. Even for taking videos the sound quality is amazing it’s a great value for money and definitely fun for kids aswell as it’s easy to use.

The customer service I received was 5 star, when I was having trouble with the flash on my camera they offered solutions to try, failing that they talked me through sending the camera back for free and shipping me a new camera. This was an efficient process and I received my new camera extremely fast! Great camera quality for the price and I managed to connect it up through the WIFI although I haven’t tried this where the WIFI isn’t as strong. It is easy to set up without loads of complicated settings to work through, I am looking forward to using this on my travels!

I bought this camera ready for a holiday in Egypt. I'm currently on said holiday and have used it for 2 days snorkeling of the beach. In water that was never deeper then 6ft as I could always reach the floor with my head above water. Snorkeling then over shallower coral outcrops. First of all... the screen is rubbish. You can't see anything in it when underwater. My old camera screen I could see fine so I know it's possible. The auto focus is rubbish which means point and click is very hit and miss. First that you actually have what you want in frame and second that if you do it's in focus. Again you can't check till later as you can't see the screen. The biggest issue is it is currently on charge and repeatedly cycling itself power on power off because despite being well within the maximum stated depth. The deepest the camera has been is probably 5ft from the surface. The screen seal looks to have failed. Allowing water into the camera. I am currently trying to charge the camera and keep it turned off. Battery compartment and memory slot area are bone dry. I'm used to this kind of camera and understand how important making sure its clean and properly locked prior to use. I shall be returning this after the holiday as it was defective. I just hope that I have a few decent photographs prior to it failing. Do not buy. Don't risk it ruining your holiday. Oh... and I don't know yet if this is important. But in the packaging was a note from the seller saying do not contact amazon for a dispute/refund but to contact the seller direct. We shall see how that goes. But thought it strange reading it when I first opened the box. Like they were already expecting issues.

Really great piece of kit, used it on a holiday to Tunisia.. Does everything it says when comes to using underwater.. Great picture quality, both in photos and videos.. Absolutely worth every penny, was alot cheaper than buying an underwater case for my Nikon D750...

the flash came broken and i got it replaced with a new one but the replacement also had a flash that wasnt functioning at all. disappointing!

Comprei esta câmera em janeiro e ela chegou pontualmente no dia 20. Decidi esperar até agora, março, para escrever esta avaliação porque queria testar a durabilidade de um componente específico: o flash. Minha cautela tem um motivo: eu já havia comprado esse mesmo modelo no exterior anteriormente e, infelizmente, o flash parou de funcionar com pouco tempo de uso, o que me fez devolver o produto. Comprei esta unidade aqui no Brasil, através da Amazon, com a esperança de que a experiência fosse diferente, e realmente está sendo! Minhas impressões após esses meses: • Confiabilidade: Mesmo não sendo um uso de anos, esses meses (janeiro a março) foram suficientes para garantir que o flash continua 100% operacional e sem falhas. • Desempenho: A câmera é maravilhosa e entrega exatamente o que promete. Estou usando muito, confesso que até viciei em tirar fotos com ela! • Satisfação: Não poderia ter tido uma experiência melhor. O produto é robusto e está funcionando perfeitamente. Estou amando a câmera e espero que ela continue assim, sendo esse item "100% maravilhoso" que se tornou essencial para mim.
