Next to nothing i work offshore and had many backpacks but this has been by far the best I've ever bought excellent quality

I've carried 205-25 kg with no trouble. It is well made of quality material.

Is it waterproof or does it have a waterproof sheet attachment?

It seems to be waterproof. None of my things got wet and we went during rain season but I didn't submerge it in water though so not sure entirely how waterproof it is. There was no separate attachment.

Can this carry 4 person tent

Yes. There are straps which will allow you to add the tent bag to the pack
