How do you apply this into the central heating system

Hi,Lower the level of water in your Header Tank ( leave about 2 Litres in), Pour Everbuild into Header Tank. Then drain off a couple of Litres from your Central heating system, Start up central heating system, which will allow Everbuild into the system. then allow Header tank to refill, Job Done. You may then need to bleed the system. Ken

is this product suitable for filling an electric towel rail along with water?

Used inhibitor in my system which has an electric towel rail in it for years and never had a problem.The towel rail is linked to the central heating system.

Does this inhibitor protect against frost?

No this is a rust inhibitor not an anti freeze

can this be used in a system that has a mix of radiators and underfloor heating?

It's for all central heating to protect boiler.
