Am I doing something wrong? Struggling to see anything out of this (using it indoor through a window). Pointing it at the moon but can't even see it

May be a silly thing to say, but have you removed the lens cap on the telescope itself. It has a small cap for the eye piece, and then a double cap on the telescope. One that covers the whole lens and a removable centre piece. It's not ideal to use inside and may be worth taking it outside until you've got it working how you need.

I have a skywatcher heritage 100P and would lke a better view of rings of saturn. What lens should I get? i have super 10,40 and 25 wideangle.

I do not think you can get any better view...

Can you see Saturn's rings with this scope? One of the 5 star comments said they couldn't.

No. It’s fine for looking at the moon but doesn’t show that much planetary detail.
