Is this mix used for making hotteok?

I don't use it for that but I I imagine you could use it as a base. What do u add to make it a batter?

I tend to just add plain water to the pancake mix and adjust to how thick you want it :)

Does this product have instructions in English?

No it does not. When using it i take three quarters a cup of milk and an egg, then slowly add a cup and a half of the pancake mix. Hope that helps.
