Lovely buttery flavour.
I love cooking with ghee, just the lovely buttery smell as it melts in the pan is enough to make me feel hungry. Excellent using in the wok, adds a nice flavour to everything. Cook at higher temp than oils without burning. Try it with bacon, or scrambled eggs.

Absolutely fantastic butter for keto. Use it to cook everything with. Its nothing like the butter you buy in a supermarket to use on bread etc and is specific for cooking & baking with. Flavour is amazing too and I will be buying more
