SSP Cast Lab Sweet 64mm Flat Burrs (Silver Knight Coated)

I have owned many highend coffee grinders and burss from Option O Lagom 01 which uses the 102mm blind burrs to DF83V, and many others. And my favorite burr out of all that I have tried is this one. SSP Lab Sweet burr (Silver Knight) I am mainly only a pour over coffee drinker no espresso but I ended up purchasing a La Marzocco Mini. And it this burr made the milk drinks way way better. But I think the burrs really shine with tadeonal coffee from pour over to AeroPress to a MochaMaster coffee brewer. These burrs come across with multiple layers that pull the coffee taste clean tasting with a nice body and nice mouth feel with a smooth sweet finish. NO harshness or bitterness at all. I find all coffee beans taste good even light roast which I usually do not use. My favorite is Dark Roast coffee which pulls out some caramel chocolate flavor from them. I highly recommend these burrs no matter what size you buy. I had them on my DF83V 83mm version and I would say out of all my grinders that was the best mid grinder that had zero retention with the burrs but sold and regrated BIG TIME to purchase the Lagom 01 which I sold because I got out of espresso.

My DF64 grinder was crazy sensitive and inconsistent. Everyday was an adventure. These burrs are a game changer. 4 days and best espresso I’ve had from this grinder. Not even fully seasoned and the taste and control is what I’ve been looking for.

Favorite 64mm burr that I've tried for light roasts. I prefer these to the 64 mm Multi Purpose. The High Uniformity is better for dark roast espresso.

Made one of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had. Accidentally messed up alignment when trying to clean and cups were tasting nasty, so make sure you have it aligned before throwing the towel.
