A: Hello.This is not a copy commodity.Manufacturer is Benriner.It is produced in Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan.

**Q: Pumpkin compatible?**
A: I don’t have this model (side mounted), but the top down Benriner model works on everything and I would definitely recommend it. Hope this helps.

**Q: Is it staining with beetroots?**
A: I Assume it will. Never tried beetroot on them yet.
