Had to buy
Neighbor's had one so what better review than to try it out!! There was no way after a 5 minute play around that I wasn't getting one! Would advise learning indoors or on grass before crashing all the time on concrete, it holds up great but do your crashing on grass to start with.. the fun out ways the battery life, although I have just purchased 8 ebl batteries and charger just for it.. what a child Ha Ha

You have to start with a wide open space like a park
I have been flying a phantom 2 for awhile and I bought this for my 10 year old son. It is a cross between a toy and something that actually works. You have to start with a wide open space like a park. Almost impossible to control this guy. It keeps doing flips and flops when it's not really necessary. The good news is when it crashes which will be often it really doesn't do damage because it's made of primarily is light styrofoam. if they made something like this without the stunts that you could control, I would give it 5 stars given the price and the fact of it doesn't break easily.

This was a present for an 11 yr old boy who thinks it's fantastic it's really tough but quite small & light he has had hours of fun with it but the only negative is he has had to wait hours while charging it as it soon runs out about 20 mins use to possibly an hour to recharge

Looks durable but flys off on a tangent not good for outdoor use and difficult to use indoors

Cheap and behaves like it
If you have pets don't get this, it's only a matter of time before you get an animal hair caught in the motor like I did and now it just tilts to the front right when you fly it. There's no way to remove the blades from what I can see either.
