I just... i... i didn't even think it was possible to be this cheesy.This is SO nice!I love just having spaghetti, fry it a little with olive oil, and then grate some of this over it, mix it, then grate some more... and add some pesto, then some more of this.I will absolutely be back for more cheese!

Mould Inside — Faulty Vacuum Seal
The item arrived with a poorly made vacuum seal, resulting in mould growth inside the packaging. Amazon issued a refund, which I appreciate, but I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Sweaty Cheese
If you've ever bought cheese before you know it can sweat when left at room temp for too long, particularly hard cheeses. This thing was almost dripping when I got it and pulled it out of the package. Still edible but I feel like it definitely detracted from the flavour slightly and it definitely was more pungent.

Mejorar el tiempo de entrega o la cadena de frío
El queso muy rico, lo estaba esperando así. Sólo una recomendación al proveedor, venía con unas bolsas de frío, pero estaban calientes, con lo cual la cadena de frío se interrumpió. Deben calcular mejor el tiempo de entrega porque pueden estropear un producto tan rico.
