This is some of the smoothest creatine powder I’ve ever used. It dissolves almost instantly, mixes effortlessly, and is basically unnoticeable in water, no gritty texture or weird taste at all.Just got it delivered today and tried it for the first time tonight, but I can already tell I’m going to keep buying it. I’ve also already convinced my wife to start using it too since she hates the sandy texture of most creatines, and this is the complete opposite.

Best creatine out there. Could use some red-40 to add some flavor. The best way to consume is to let it dissolve in boiling water.

Definitely notice a difference I'm muscle recovery after softball games after drinking this beforehand. Use to have average soreness due to inaction and this helps significantly. It doesn't have a taste really, pairs well with their electrolytes.

For a company that prides itself on it's cleanliness and health consciousness, this is pathetic. Not only is the label misleading, it's genuinely harmful. It mentions gluten-free on the label and the description of the product listing, but when you actually receive the product it mentions it's processed on the same equipment that wheat is. It's even cross contaminated with soy if you want to expose yourself to isoflavones which mimic estrogen. Overall great job Santa Cruz!! Maximize profits, minimize quality!
