Here in Honolulu, we're experience Vog; Volcanic Fog. It creates a choking sensation and is not unlike tree pollen blooms after a heavy rainfall on the second sunny day. I use the designer drinks at Whole Foods that are definitely not cheap, but I use liquid supplements to these fabulous combo drinks to make them even more powerful--and justify the price.

One of these days, I will stop believing all of the "miracle" hype that persuades people to purchase herbal concoctions that claim to cure complex medical issues. Don't misunderstand. I'm not saying that herbal supplements can't assist in helping to live healthier. Those supplements do exist. But this isn't one of them. What it did do was cause nausea and interrupted my sleep patterns. It did nothing for the congestion in my lungs. I'm about ready to start a 2nd round of antibiotics. I'm much more optimistic of the outcome.
