Is this drop cloth seamless as intended for a sewing project?

I too, bought this for a sewing project and was very disappointed. I don't remember it being seamless. It was extremely stiff and was a very open weave, impossible to sew properly with. I washed it, at low temperature, but it shrunk and turned into something resembling a giant crepe bandage,all stretchy and saggy. I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Could these be used to protect a leather suite?

They protect against paint drops but if their is going to be a lot of dust I suggest you cover with polythene first

Is this treated with fire retardant ?

It's 2 years since I purchased this item and no longer have the packaging details which came with the dust sheet so cannot answer your specific query. A ll I can say is that they are perfectly o.k. to protect the floor covering, from paint splashes, whilst I am decorating any room.
