The Lion King [Special Edition]

Really, what is there to be said that hasn't already been said about the phenomenal Lion King? We all know the greatness of it, we all know how wonderful and majestic the music in it is. That is, unless you've been living under one of the rocks of Pride Rock for the past 17 years. This really is an amazing CD, packed with all the wonderful songs from the film, and it also includes some of the lesser well known tracks that featured in the film.This is a real and obvious must for any Disney fan, or for any person who watched this film back in 1994 as a kid, saw it again recently in 3D and wanted some good old nostalga to hit their ears.

Love the lion king growing up so I bought this vinyl for my son

I was excited to receive this special edition as my family and I enjoy the music and songs from the movie but I was disappointed to learn that the talking parts within Hakuna Matata were not there. As a total Item then it is very good and good value.

My children are absolutely obsessed with Lion King, the animated film. Ever since I bought the soundtrack CD, it has been the only thing we listen to in the car on the way to school, on the way back etc. We all love it so much. I have to admit that some of the tunes give me, personally, goose bumps - they are THAT good and moving. Excellent CD!

Perfect for fans of the Lion King, has all the songs from the film and all the instrumentals you'd expect. Only downside is there are so many variations of Elton John singing the Circle of Life as it gets a little samey. That's after the classics though so it's not really a problem.

Bought for the partners birthday as were expecting in the next two months, she loved it and will be playing it for the baby from now.
