They say to give the patches an hour to stick to you before doing an activity. So definitely follow those instructions! The colors are nice, the material is nice and the paper covering the adhesive is cut into sections so you don't have to peel the entire backing off all at once which is very helpful. These specific patches are not meant for a medtronic pump, however, I cut them in half and place them around my insertion site and it works perfectly for me. The adhesive does not irritate my skin and even though they stick on really well, they are also easy to remove. Great color and great adhesion.
