How do I attach the straps to the dip belt?

Easily, just wrap the strap around the dumbbell or barbell slide the d-ring into the square buckle, tighten, and attach it to your dip belts’ strap or chain

What is the maximum weight I can use?

Although the straps are extremely robust your safety comes first! we recommend loading a maximum weight of 90lbs (~40kg)
