This product is a beast and can do many things. I bought this as a gift after doing major research. It's well worth the price and the customer support is awesome. The product community is an awesome resource as well. The community provides video support for project goals and tutorials.

I have had no issues with my printer ran quite a few test runs. The biggest mistake I think people make is not using the sawgrass print manager. So you can set the substrate that you plan to sublimate and get the correct saturation levels. This is a printer for people who are experienced and know how to trouble shoot to dial it in. I had no missing items and ink level was as described in the details

I purchased this for my wife that has many years making things with her vinyl cutouts. This thing takes it to the next level. You can make professional grade items with its capabilities. The Ink is expensive but when you see the quantity it will blow you away!

I thought this would be a good investment and it’s actually a nightmare. Worst product I could have invested money on. At first the printer worked great but now sawgrass keeps coming out with a fireware update which makes your purchase their ink only in order to use the printer. Which is crazy. If I purchase a printer I should be able to use any brand I want. Sawgrass ink is overly priced and I can know longer do crafty projects due to inflation and high ink prices. So I’m having to sell my printer and go with a different brand that’s more affordable and reliable. Because every month there is an update and it’s put a bad taste in my mouth. I would never order or recommend sawgrass. Your best bet is to go with a different brand if not you will waste your money on ink that you can’t even use.

I had used sublimation ink in another printer, got white streaks on print. Got fed up! OMG this printer is the bomb!! Beautiful sublimation prints!! Highly recommended
