Estaba muy emocionada con esta compra, es de buena calidad, pero al usarla me decepcione. es imposible trabajar grandes cantidades, en ese caso, se necesitan mínimo dos personas para usarla, Es un defecto de diseño que la masa no pueda sostenerse por si misma atrás mientras tu giras la manivela. Muy grande la maquina para la calidad de masa que efectivamente puedes manejar cómodamente. Los videos que vi en las reseñas funcionan porque los hacen con cantidades muy pequeñas

The product is amazing. It is very sturdy and it rolls different types of dough. It is easy to use. However, you might need extra hands to use it. I always work with someone else, so it is perfect for me. Customer service is excellent! I had a question about the product and the delivery and I contacted the seller. Carlo replied to me very quick and they came with a solution. I’m very pleased with the product and it’s performance. I recommend it to anyone who does baking

j'utilise ce matériel pour faire de la pates feuillettée, le matériel est trés bien, de plus j'ai reçu le matériel 5 jours avant la date prévue, le colis est bon

I am a home baker, and I don't run a business. The first thing was, no instructions, no recipes. You would not think that that is important, but it is. The sheeter is solidly constructed, and it has a handle on the side that allows you to get repeatable thicknesses. It is very easy to turn. My first 2 tries were failures. Pizza dough ripped up in the machine. Danish did the same. My third try on pizza dough was much better. The thing is, if you know your dough, take it in small steps. Make sure that the dough is not too loose. In the end, I can see me putting away the rolling pin for a long time. By the way, with the weight of the machine, if you set it on dycem, it will not move, and you don't have to use the clamps.

I am loving this dough sheeter! It arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition! It works so well - what a time saver! Great purchase - highly recommend it!
