Review: Very sturdy, very grippy - great for those not wating to drill holes - I purchased this pole for my kitchen window. We've just moved house and the kitchen is at the front of the building. I purchased some half net curtains to go with it. Originally I had purchased a different brand pole but it was awful so I returned it and found this one. I'm actually really impressed with this pole, it's very sturdy, nice to look at and it stays put! It really grips the wall well. I had put it in place and left it all day and night (without the net on as I was waiting for it to arrive) and when I came to take it down to thread the net on, I had to really compress the pole (the spring inside) to get the pole out the window. So it's very grippy 👏 When I came to put the half net curtain on, I panicked a little as the holes wouldnt go over the ends but I found that one ends of the pole, pulls out (the cone shaped ending that grips to the wall. But only one of the ends, so if you try one and it doesn't come off, try the other. It was easy to pull off and easy to push back on when I had thread the net onto the pole). My window is 195cm long, the pole I had purchased before went up to 198cm but sagged baldy at the point where the two poles are joined. I don't know if this pole would sag if extended to full capacity but I would say to go a size up for the pole to stop this happening just in case. I'm super pleased with this pole and if I'm ever on need of another I would definitely buy one of these again. I highly recommend. Ps it's perfect for army quarters, no drilling, no holes, so not filling / tidying up needed to be done when you march out! (Yay!)

**Q: Can the ends be removed to slide the curtains onto the rod?**
A: One of the end caps does come off.  It’s the one at the thicker tube end.  I could not remove the end from the thinner tube’s end. Hope this and the video helps. Nice and solid.

**Q: What material is the white one made from. Please**
A: Hi, its been a while since i fitted them but i think it was aluminium coted in white plastic, they were strong and havent fell down yet! hope this helps

I purchased this pole for my kitchen window. We've just moved house and the kitchen is at the front of the building. I purchased some half net curtains to go with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ One fell out of four of them

I actually bought four of these. One for my living room, two for two bedrooms I have and one for my kitchen. So far, only one of them has fallen down after a couple of weeks, the others seem to be holding. Now, I'm not sure what caused the one to fall. It could be that I perhaps didn't twist the size adjuster tightly enough or something, I don't know, I'm baffled because it looked pretty secure to me but for now, I'll give the benefit of the doubt and presume that is what it was, seeing as the others appear to be holding. I bought them all pretty much within weeks of each other, the one that fell was one of the latter ones I got, so had they ALL fallen down then I might have been more inclined to think it was the product but for now, I will say this product is very good. This is my tentative view on it subject to any further development like one of them falling down again.
