Very effective AC in Pune’s weather in large room
I am using this in my living room . The living room has open dining attached and open kitchen. Overall area is roughly 400 Sq feet. In Pune’s weather in March it has been very effective. Cooling is effective almost immediate - 10 minutes. It operates with minimum non noticeable noise level. I use it at 24-25 degrees settings and even that is effective. Pune is not nearly as hot as Delhi but considering the size of the space it cools it has outperformed my expectations. I feel good that I did not buy a 2 ton AC from another brand.

Pathetic support to customer
I purchased theAC in January 2025 The PCB had 5 years warranty on it. The PCB conked off which was reported by your service dealer on 02-06-2026. However, neither the dealer nor your company has a replacement PCB available. So they are stating that they have ordered the item and are awaiting replacement. My daily follow up with Daikin and the dealer is frustrating as no one knows when the part will be delivered. In the meantime, I, the customer, continue to suffer. The warranty is just on paper if the company cannot support it. Please expedite replacement urgently. I shall be seeking relief and remedies as are available under the law.

Nice AC
The performance of Daikin AC is fantastic. Cooling is superb. Lookwise is also good. I haven't yet got the energy bill. so don't know about energy efficiency. Overall, value for money.

Nice product. Works silently. Miser company could not provide batteries for remote control.

Installation is too costly
Installation guys arrived on time and did their job well, but compared to other brands installation charges are very high. Coming to the product, it is taking so much time to cool my 210sqft room. I felt my LG AC is better in terms of cooling and features.
