Looks like a factory option. Great for your glasses or whatever. Fit perfectly, use the 2 sided tape if you want but not necessary as it fits snug.

This fit perfectly in my C8 Corvette as we all know storage is a problem. Put items in the lower door scares me that it may fall out. This works perfectly

Adds just enough storage
Let’s face it…Corvettes are not made for female drivers: there is nowhere to stash your purse if you have a passenger, and aside from the storage in the door(minimal), and the console, everything else has to be in the trunk. (There is NO WAY to reach the glove box from the driver’s cockpit, unless you have a 12 foot wingspan.) So I sought a solution that would not damage the interior in any way. This comes with adhesives to keep it in place, but it sits pretty securely without using the tape strips. So now at least I have a place to put my sunglasses etc. It is not large, but provides easy access without obstructing the windshield or damaging the dashboard.

Looks like it came with the Vette!
This storage console is very custom. It looks like original equipment. As others have said, there is no need to use the tape, fits nice and snug. Keeps extra items tidy, so I don’t have to use my cup holders for stuff. Was a lil skeptical ordering it because I’m so picky about my C8. I’m 100% happy with it!

Fitted in my c8 even without the tape. Enough storage for phone, wallet and keys

This fits perfect to Corvette's contour, I added a few pieces of 3M double sided tape to make sure, then heated the tape and tray for a few minutes, pressed it in place - this should of come from the factory this way, also liner matches the corvette finish on the dash! Nicely done, precise worth every nickel..
