For the money, it's the best I've tried. I will buy again. In a pinch it is also a great blush color. Since the color I lucked up on is a great compliment to my complexion and I don't have a change of skin to wear for comparison, I can't comment on its color changing effects. I love the colors of this lipstick, however it doesn't last as long as they claim. I'm not sure if this because my lips tend to dry out quickly, or if it's the lipstick. I don't mind reapplying it more often though. Overall I give it 4 stars.
