2pcs 1" Inch (DN25) True Union Full Flow Ball Valve

This is a sturdy, well-made, ball valve. Installation is easy if you take your time a measure carefully. So far, my installation is leak-free. The action is smooth. And at this price-point, this is a great value. My application is a cut-off valve for my pool's waste line.

The main shot off for my house was a gate valve. The inner threads failed in the shut position and needed a new shot off. The gate valve is sweated nearly against the drywall in my garage. Was able to open it and made sure it would stay open. This gave me the option to add some pvc to the line and install this. Works great. No leaks.

Great product. Easy to turn handle after trying a few times. Doesn't leak, easy to install, extra 0 rings are nice. Used it on a sewer ejection pump. No Teflon tape of pfte compound needed. Solvent weld both ends and tighten. Done.

Someone left a review saying that this ball valve was not a ball valve that it was just a straight pipe with a red turn handle glued on top I almost saw the same thing but the reality is this is an excellent ball valve. It’s just hard to turn it the first time it’s a little stuck and once you get it to turn then it works like it should.

Worked great just is a bit stiff to use.

Easy to install and work great with my pool for easy removal each season and while doing maintenance on the filter.

In Florida, things break everyday around the house! Last week, it was the pool auto fill PVC pipe. For some reasons, previous owner did not follow the code that requires adding a pressure vacuum valve before attaching the pipe to the water line. The plumber quoted $800 to fix the pipe and add the vacuum valve, but the problem is, without union it’s very hard to replace those valves later if they break. Then I came across this union ball valve which solved my whole problem. Two birds with one stone! Since it’s a valve, I could get the cheapest pressure vacuum valve without any valves attached, and since it’s a union, I can remove it later and service any part without cutting the PVC.
