Beautiful photos, delicious recipes, accesible content!
I have been following the author on IG and took his gardening course. After having amazing results from his gardening tips, we got so much more food than before. So we wanted to find ways to use the harvest to make delicious food, both fresh and pickled/ preserved. We loved the recipes, so unique and completely delicious. They were not so complicated that they were too hard to make, but unique enough that they were not the standard recipes you'd find anywhere on the Web. The photo is of the pickles/ giardeniera we canned and they were absolutely delicious!!! Definitely recommend this book.

Perfect book
I’m in year 2 of gardening and my first year of seed starting. This book is a dream. The information is organized and practical, and the combination of growing, harvesting, cooking and preserving is all perfectly tied together. I’ve already recommended the book to multiple people, it’s quickly become my default garden reference!

Gorgeously photographed, tons of garden knowledge and easy to follow recipes
This beautiful book has been living on my coffee table (when it’s not getting splattered in the kitchen) since I received it - it’s not only packed with edible garden knowledge from seed starting to harvesting, the recipes inside have become go-tos for my own summer garden produce. Would make a fabulous gift for a budding small space gardener, a food photography fan, or a home chef inspired to eat seasonally. I love this book!

A beautiful comprehensive guide to gardening
Luay really out did himself with this garden to table/preservation book. It’s loaded with so much information on everything you need to know about gardening. From setting up your garden, to seed starting and growing in containers to raised beds. The recipes look amazing and I can’t wait to try them. There’s even a section on garden pests. All of the photos are so beautiful too. So not only is it informative but aesthetically pleasing as well. It is officially my favorite gardening book, and if you were on the fence about buying it you totally should.

A must buy for any aspiring gardener or chef
This is much more than just an aesthetically pleasing “coffee table book”, it has been a useful tool on my gardening journey and learning how to make the most of what I grow! Beautiful photography and easy to follow that has helped me grow as a gardener this year (no pun intended!). this would also make a great gift for the upcoming holidays

I love the planet and I also love this book because it shows you how to grow your own organize veggies and also how to properly harvest them and create delectable dishes for all occasions. This book also makes an awesome gift. It is simply lovely in every way. I give it my highest recommendations!

Beautiful & informative gardening guide and delicious recipes!
I was excited to see so many beautiful photos along with his gardening information and recipes. Luay Ghafai's Instagram is a treat and this book is a continuation of his love of food, gardening and photography.

Filled with gorgeous photos, useful information and interesting recipes
I'm delighted with this book and have already recommended it to others. This book covers so much ground and truly lives up to it's name " Seed to table". From chapters on how to grow food, cook that food and then preserve that food - Luay guides you through the whole process. I'm a huge fan of his work both on instagram and his course, so I knew that this book would be amazing but it even went beyond my expectations. I'm watching my seedlings grow in anticipation so that I can cook them up using recipes from the book. Definitely recommend.

An excellent resource for gardeners, along with delicious recipes!
I was so excited to finally receive my copy of Seed to Table and it is as wonderful as I expected. I have been following Luay on instagram for a few years now and he is an excellent source of information for all levels of gardeners. I just picked my beans off the vine before winter arrives and checked the book for info on how best to preserve them over winter. Delighted to have one place with all the info I need instead of spending needless time searching on google for what I need. The recipes are on another level and I plan to make everyone one of them at some point. Thank you Luay for sharing all your expertise and your incredible recipes - especially those that have been passed on from your family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book for anyone who wants to start their own garden (no matter the size of your backyard), dabble with new and exciting vegetables and for the gardener who is looking for show-stopping recipes to showcase their hard work on the table!

Beautiful and knowledge filled book
What a beautiful book! The pictures are stunning in this book it is the perfect coffee table book (except you are actually going to want to read this one)! I have been following this content creator on Instagram and he is so knowledgeable, and the book provides a more in depth description of how to grow successful veggies. The recipes look delicious and I cannot wait to try them. I love that the recipes and preservation ideas use a lot of things that I grow in my garden. I recommend this book to anyone who gardens /grows their own food from veggies or anyone who is interested in starting to grow their own food. I also recommend the book for people who are interested in cooking and preserving seasonal foods (you don't have to grow it all to cook with veggies ans fruit that are in season).
