They’re amazing and you should wear them over your pants
The media could not be loaded. New 40lb PR they kinda hurt and left a rash and mark so next time I put them over my pants and they felt way better, and didn’t leave a mark. It was super hard to get on the first time and it quickly gets easier. Would recommend

Once they are broken in, they are fantastic
They are very tight to put on the first time, your legs will most likely be bruised after you (finally) take them off. But Once they are broken in, they will make squatting feel so much better. Give them a try if you are serious about lifting, but if you are more casual about lifting, you dont really need them.Thank you for coming to my ted talk
