**Q: boerewors spice mix Is it gluten free**
A: The package does state the below so no, trace amounts of wheat gluten might be found.    However it is an incredible spice and exactly what we use in SA to make the best South African wors. 
Ingredients: Salt, spices & spice extracts, dextrose, MSG (flavour enhancer), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).

Allergens: May contain traces of celery, cow's milk, egg, soy, mustard or wheat gluten.

**Q: How much seasoning do you use per kg of meat**
A: I am using between 30 and 40 grams per kg, depends on your preference of salt.
