I was sceptical before I bought this but no need, it really does work. I could see a difference after one use and after 4 weeks the results are amazing. It is completely painless, on the highest setting it feels hot but certainly not painful. The flashing light can irritate the eyes so I wear sunglasses or eye mask. The only down side for me was it didn't come with a user manual just a card with very basic information. I phoned the supplier and got a copy to download. I would seriously recommend it isn't used until you have read the full instructions

At long last; someething that works
Having tried everything else, this was my last hope. After only a few weeks' use, the difference in facial hair is remarkable: gone is the stubble, replaced by a fine down, which I am now treating. Far superior to electrolysis, No!No! and laser treatment, which had no impact.. I read the India Knight review in the Sunday Times and thought the Illuminage worth a try. Best £200 I've spent all year.

Broke after a few months
HiI have owned this product for six months and used it infrequently after the first three and now it won't work! Turns off after 5 seconds or so. 200 pounds a steep price for a product with such a short lifespan. Wish I'd got a Phillips 😒

WOW it actually works
This product really works. My wife previously had tried expensive laser treatment which only burnt her skin but did not remove the facial hair.My wife had resigned herself to having facial hair for the rest of her life, but the Illuminage has changed all this and she is delighted.Great product. Does not remove grey facial hair
Bought it in 2018 to remove grey facial hair as was advertised!Tried for months but facial hair just grow back at the same rate. Hair removal Does not work!!

Stopped working after 10 minutes’ use!
Very disappointed. I followed the instructions, used it for less than 10 minutes and it stopped working. Sending it back and will probably buy a different brand.
