Needed as factory-fitted tow bar on new car came, much to my surprise, with a Euro plug not a UK one. Didn’t even know these existed, so breathed a sigh of relief when found. Great bit of kit, easily locks into place and works a treat. Small enough to fit in glove box when not in use so minimises chances of damage or theft.

I can get this adapter to work,but it doesn't fit accurately and did jiggle loose on my last trip.There are ridges that give the impression that they screw in and lock into place on the car socket. However,I can't do this as the notch prevents it being screwed into place.Also,the clip that holds onto the trailer plug is pretty much useless on my trailer plugs,as mine has raised nubs on each side,and due to the above mentioned notch in the car trailer socket,it can't be rotated to between the nubs.I've watched YouTube videos on how to fit them,asked towing experts and no one can work out how it'll fit as designed on my combination of vehicles. They aren't anything unusual either,an 09 Kia Sorrento and a 2003 IF510.I shall have to resort to duck tape to ensure it stays secure or buy another design.

Bought this for use on my Volvo XC90 which has a 13 pin towbar socket, for compatibility with Thule VeloCompact 927 bike rack. Works perfectly and is easy to install and remove. The Volvo version of the same thing is £38!

This is a great little adapter. Fits easily to the tow bar socket for when I want to use the small trailer. My only problem is that it's so well made & compact that I have to keep it in a pocket in the boot or I will lose it 😂.
