what are the actual dimensions of the keyboard?

I've been using this keyboard for about a week and my wrists are hurting. Has anyone experienced this? Any tips?

The keyboard is smaller than say the MS Ergo. So, if you're used to the MS ergo, your wrists will need to shift inward, which, may be causing your discomfort. I've been using this for 2 weeks, and, it has some quirks. I really don't like how easy the keys are to press. I'm used to just a bit stiffer keys. However, in saying that, I haven't noticed any discomfort. I keep the rear elevated using the kickstands, the front recessed and I try to set my chair height so my forearms are resting parallel to the ground on the desk. My sitting position puts my mid-forearm on the edge of the desk.

can this keyboard be used while charging?

I have not needed to charge it. I have a charging cable at my work station just in case.
