Demand for visit charge by service provider eng, bed service by airtel and also not in time. Only local area covered by engineer up to 2 km

Sorry to say that two delivery boys arrived at 12 noon on 21st. March. Seeing my already installed Tatasky dish, they were reluctant to remove that and put the fresh airtel dish. I insisted, since I paid for a new dish and cable they should. I thought that was enough rudeness from my side, could not wait there in the sun came inside the the room. They put the old tata tripod and new dish. Picture comes but not that great to write home about. My tatasky picture were better. Only they gave a better package for that price. later on a closer observation found they have used the old tripod and put the new dish as a result dish seems to be 3 to 5 deg. towards East than the tata dish, whish I was seeing for last 7 years. New tripod is left behind. Boys looked tired so offered them water, they refused for obvious reasons. My insisting on airtel dish as in this locality there are none. Airtel is delivering quality product with cheap labour. Stetopbox can be put in the pocket. I suppose airtel dont care that there mechanics re putting connection it with old Tatasky dish, there by loosing on publicity.
