Presto 04867 PopLite® Plus hot air popper

Finally a hot air popper that does what it’s supposed to. Pops almost every kernel without too many flying, stray kernels making you question if you should be wearing safety goggles. No overheating smells. Yes, the lid gets hot as I saw in a couple remarks. They all do. The measuring cups at the top also doubles for melting your butter if you choose. (We melt out separately). Don’t waste your money on the cheaper models out there. Love it!

And you may ask yourself... 'why would i spend $100 on a popcorn maker'well.. i have to say this is way better than our old one.faster, i like the on off switch. tried it with 3 diff popcorns.1. Orville Red ( worked best but Orville is American so boycotting him for now)2. PC purple popcorn. Very good. some kernels.. not the machines fault3. Uncle Bobs CANADIAN popcorn. worked great. big kernels. no burningI'd recommend even just to rid yourself of your old crappy maker.. this is faster , light and really impressed.

Pops very evenly. I followed the cooking instructions exactly and I’ve had great results with the popping. Very happy with this. Butter melting tray is genius.

I bought this for healthy snacks that can be quickly whipped up and the easy clean up. My husband and I both love popcorn but to purchase pre-made popcorn is a big expense. With the presto popper we can make a ton of fresh hot popcorn from one bag of kernels that cost a few dollars in the grocery store. I can control the salt and if we wanted butter it has a melter but we don't put butter on ours for health reasons and our own preference. The Presto popper is very quick and super easy to use and the cleanup is a breeze. There are almost no wasted kernels when it's complete. I would highly recommend this product for people wanting a healthy high fiber and low fat snack.

Il s'est brisé avec à peine 1 an d'utilisation. Vraiment très très déçu, surtout pour le prix. Il a arrêté d'un coup puis une fumée s'en est échappé. Ne fonctionne plus du tout.
