UPDATED - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT!We specifically chose this kit because of the memory card was supposed to be included with the kit. Upon arrival, I immediately charged the camera and began to inventory the components of the kit. Which I felt was a great beginners kit. It has lots of things I may or may not need however I could see a use for just about every component in the kit.I did notice almost instantly that the 32GB card was not seen however thought it may have already be in the camera charging so wasn't very concerned at first. It wasn't until I went to update the cameras software that the camera reminded me that it had no memory stick. So I went into the kit and systematically pulled each part out looking for this memory stick. Long story short, it was not included with the kit and I'm sure it was simply an over site.The order arrived quickly however:1) Kit was missing the memory 32GB memory card that is advertised to come with the kit.2) Kit was missing the USB adapter as in the picture that allows you to download the Memory stick to your PC.3) And most importantly the seller was responsive and quick to get the missing parts out to us!! Life happens and its in those moments when a business is really put to the test. IstClassSavings was quick to respond to emails and even personally called me several times to check up on the arrival of the missing parts. At no time did I feel concerned that he was not doing everything he could on his end to insure I was a satisfied customer... and I am very satisfied with the product and service received!Unfortunately the GoPro needs the memory stick to operate, without the memory card so I cant even test it out to see how it works until the memory stick is installed. Makes one wonder why GoPro doesn't include one with each camera.To me, its 5 stars for the product and an additional 5 stars for the customer service! Total of 10 stars!!!!

Works as expected. Don’t know if I will ever use all of the accessories, but nice knowing the options are there. Arrived earlier than expected too. FYI... the GoPro software Quik is very limited, but their are better options out there... do your research.

This was an awesome package! I gave it to my boyfriend for a (early) Christmas gift, and he said there’s everything he could ever need and more included in this set. Definitely worth the money. Quick shipping, too.

Camera came defective. Sending camera back if I can complete the process very difficult no printer and parts cheap just want my money refunded to my account asap

Well it clearly states that this is a NEW GoPro. I received this only to turn it on, and not be prompted to do the “camera tour” as stated in the manual. Weird, but went through and figured out how to get to the “preferences” and took the tour. After the tour, I look at the “about this GoPro” section only to see it has already been registered with “Jacobs GoPro”.
