Strong and reliable.
Fantastic bands. They come in a black bag which is very convenient. Each band has its own strength. They are perfect for working the arms, legs, back. The whole body, really. There is also a booklet which has a series of helpful exercises.

For the price, they are good
The bands seem pretty good so far, especially for as inexpensive as they were. The weights of them seem close to the Therabands my physical therapist has me use. So far they are fine. Time will tell how long they hold up. I didn't notice much of a smell, as some people complain about with exercise bands. Overall, for the price they are good.

Useful equipment
These bands added more colors to my home workouts. Price is amazing. They had some chemical scent but it disappeared after a night on the balcony.

Resistance bands appear to be excellent so far.
I haven't used these yet but I have confidence in them as they are exactly like the ones used by my physical therapist. Three different strengths, nice small carrying bag. I am 5'2' and these are perfect for me. They seem to be quality stretch bands.

low stretch limit
Theraband brand stretches over 4:1 (unstretched to max length where force rises quickly), while this one is at best 2:1. If you're doing short power moves, these might be OK. If you're working on flexibility or mobility you'll find the resistance varies far too much through the movement. They are twice the thickness and an inch wider than Theraband, so the resistance is MUCH higher. It the limited range they allow. Returning.

Resistance bands in mild, medium and strong resistance
These bands are just what the physiotherapist ordered. In fact I bought two sets because my son and I both needed them. And it would seem, I will graduate to stronger bands as my therapy continues. The medium band is already in use. It is a good thickness and my therapist was very happy with both the width and length of the band. Can't be happier. They arrived at the time specified. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
