Yes, I bought it for the purpose of sharpening my Shun knives. It works really well.

Yes. Set the angle as close as possible to your knives angle and go for it. Scissors use a shearing cut. This sharpener cleans up the shearing edge.

It says it includes a diamond sharpener but further down it shows which material is in each slot and diamond isn't one of them. Is there a diamond?

Diamond stones are made of man-made diamonds electroplated onto a metal plate. The diamond particles are embedded into nickel plating. One of the slots is a diamond stone, meaning the stone has tiny diamonds embedded into it, there would not be a single diamond to sharpen a knife with.

J'ai acheté également un grand couteau de 23 cm et un petit couteau qui veut faire désosser et j'utilise aussi c'est un futur pour mes couteaux en inox ce que je lui dis c'est qu'il est très utile très fonctionnel et pour rattraper le fil d'un couteau grâce à la des angles il est très efficace je ne repasse mes couteaux environ une fois toutes les deux à trois semaines entretenu bien entendu entre deux par un fusil plat diamant

Amazing sharp edges quickly no faff

Really handy to have a quick way of keeping knives sharp and it’s so easy to do setting the appropriate angle for different knives. I spent a fortune on the Horl 3 sharpening system which is a long job and a right faff. This beauty gives an edge that will cut even soft tomatoes wafer thin. It very impressive.
