A: The doll and box were pefect!!  This isn't the first one I purchased from Amazon.  I've never had a problem with damage.

The item arrived with a badly split, cracked and broken box (only had a bag to protect it) so its fortunate I bought it for myself and not as a gift. The doll was undamaged though fortunately and she is beautiful with a gorgeous dress.
