The product is good and I had asked for replacement of item as it's one of the wheels was broken.

I have bought this product since years, even for professional work, but the proficiency of its underlying conditions, not hidden, gave way to yet another adventure with no delivery at home. The wheel spokes don't fit with the product received. I keep collecting to the same components, with nothing fitting up, and they're asking to keep moving this too, so the object doesn't rot.
