Evercool Review. Good cheap fan. Does what it should.
Well if you use the molex connector then the fan will run at FULL RPMs. This means it WILL be loud if your case has side grates, but not really noticeable if your case is sealed from the top and sides, and you have it tucked away instead of onto of my desk like i do.I have a ATi mobility HD radeon 5450 which would SOAR to 64 degrees, stock clocking, in a negative pressure fan installation. It did this because it has only a standard passive heatsink. Cue the evercool SB-F1. I installed it 2 PCI slots under my gfx card and WHAT a difference. At full RPMs it shaves off 20 degrees (when my other fans are all at full RPM), 10 degrees (when my other fans at 50% RPM) when I use full activity for a long time. 10 degrees at full activity shaved off temp for a GPU is SERIOUS business. This fan IS the perfect BUDGET solution passive heatsinked gfx cards. It allows you to overclock your card, if you can, whilst keeping the temperature at a more than tolerable region. If the loudness does both you at full RPMs I suggest you also purchase a Molex to 3 pin MALE adapter and hook up this fan to your MOBO so you can control the RPM of this fan and only run it at full RPMs when youre gaming.

Efficient.. if a little loud
A little noisy for a computer fan but it does its job efficiently.only connects via a molex power connector so it will run at full power all the time, I would prefer if it had a 3-pin / 4-pin to allow adjustments and information feed back. This is perfect for extracting heat away from a graphics card, cooling your system more efficiently overall. If you do not mind the little increase in noise this is a good option for extra heat extraction.I personally think the little increase in noise is a good trade off for a cooler system, especially during those warm summer months.

Easy to install, move a lot of air, but loud
As the product says these do move a lot of air but I'm somewhat disappointed at how loud they are. Easily comparable to a high RPM CPU fan under full load IF you had the side of the case open.So far had them in a day and they're working fine ,but I'll be disabling them until I can find a way to quiet them down as they're too loud to sleep.Currently trying to find a molex with a resistor in the cable to slow them down but no one seems to make them...Pros:Easy to installFairly small.Move a lot of airCheapCons:LoudNo control mechanism

It is not perfect however, but only a minor issue or two
This fan arrived early, and was very well packaged. As already stated, it has a certain weight to it, and feels well built. While running it is not excessively noisy, but is definately noticable. It is not perfect however, but only a minor issue or two.The bracket is indeed a sloppy fit, and what seems to be the problem is the 90 degree bend is not quite in the right place. It can be re bent, but its a DIY job if you choose to do it. Also as stated, the fan can be turned upside down on the bracket if required, which is a great thing as you may need it the other way around.Another thing to consider is there is nothing wrong with the fan itself. But just pushing it into a PCI slot and expecting cooling miracles is not realistic. The placement has to be well thought out, to create good airflow inside the case. I have quite a small case, and almost every slot is full, so this ended up on the bottom slot. I have had variable results with it so far, sometimes great, depending on its placement. If you have a relatively large graphics card then your card may impede the airflow, rendering this fan unaffective. But overall very pleased.

Wouldn't bother, increased temps
Just got mine today, was only a fiver and no postage, so went for it.It does pull out a bit of air, and is not really noisy. But it didn't reduce temps at all. Had to place it as low down as I could otherwise it would impede airflow to the GPU.It would only be worth it, if you have a budget case with little option for extracting hot air.edit- after observing temps for a few weeks, this actually increased GPU temps a few degrees.

worth the MONEH (yes moneh, not money ;) )
ok im being serious here guys....I have four pci slots on my (small) case.my graphics card (lowish end xfx radeon 5750) takes up the middle two slots.i have a pci fan above it (startech one-good btw)so i put it below the graphics card facing the graphics card's fan...it created a pressure so low that the fans could not move any (well, harly) air. Therefore i blu tacked (yes, it's amzing stuff, if in doubt use blu tack) this fan to my hard drive. It sucks air off of my graphics card side ways.the graphics card temp has gone down from 70-80 degrees in game (black ops, tf2 etc) to 45-55 degrees in game.As the fan sucks hot air off of the graphics card and blows it up to my psu. the psu then chucks it out the back of my case.OK, so in english that basically means:blu tack is goodthis fan is goodamazon is good.dont create a stupidly low pressure in your case because it goes.... BADSummery:pros- good for price, does job well, im happycons- cant think of any.... maybe it looks a bit childish (being really picky, and its inside your case anyway so you cane see it)so get this fan, it chucks alot of air around :)if used in a pci slot (and not blu tacked to somewhere) then this will chuck out and hot air in the bottom of your caseoh, and no im not a salesman from blu tack hehehehehehe..................

Too Loud
Not ideal if you prefer a silent PC, had to unplug it after few hours of installing. It does the job on cooling the GPU but too noisy for my liking.
