Review: Only effective when there is a breeze. - Seemed to keep the pigeons off the garden for a couple of weeks then they get used to it unless it's windy and it then scares them away. Smaller birds ignore it. Difficult to set up in a garden to ensure it doesn't snag on a shed or fence for example. Probably it would be more effective in an open area or large garden. The cord can wrap around the pole. The poles can telescope down unless you twist them together hard and then difficult to dismantle. Overall it is on balance not suitable for use in an "average" garden.
