This is the second time I have brought this item , it does what it says on the box and keeps hot for a long time and is easy and comfortable to use . I will buy this again

After reading some reviews just wanted to say I also at first thought the elastics wasn’t supplied or missing , but they are . When u look at the white side which is to go over eyes , if u pull lightly at the fabric a kinda mesh material which is concealed really, comes away , it then tears in two down middle on perforated line , they are hooks , not really elastics , these go over ears .Onto eye mask ,I have only used one and did like it , I actually thought it wasn’t doing nothing at first but after a min it started to warm up. It felt very soothing and lovely . Actually like being at a spa.I wouldn’t say it smelt very strong , but the warmth made up for lack of scent .On downside I would say is to feel maximum heat I place hands on the patches while on eyes , because they are so light , they don’t sit heavy on eyelids so don’t feel the warmth so much unless press slightly , which is a shame but still enjoyable .Given 4 stars for that reason.
