WILEY Contract Strategies for Major Projects: Mastering the Most Difficult Element of Project Management

Its good book so far and I am still in reading process. Need to go slow to understand the Acronyms.

A well written book based on thousands of real life executed projects where historical information was collected and analyzed. This is a book that experienced Project Directors will appreciate and less experienced can learn from. This is the third book written by this author which have all been great. I wish these books were available when I was a younger Project Manager as I would have been able to make better project decisions that would have saved costs and schedule for multiple complicated projects.

As all Merrow's books are, this one provides valuable insight into the factors that determine the outcome of any project.

The book is just what I was looking for: simple language, direct and concrete concepts and very practical. I fully recommend it.
