Works really well - but may not fit larger arms.
I really, really like this elbow ice pack. I am using it on my left elbow. The only 2 things I'll mention: if you have very large arms, this may not fit you. And if you cool it down in the freezer (which is recommended for the first time) it is really, really, cold. Most of the time I've been putting it in the fridge so it isn't too cold for me. It seems to hold the cold very well if you cool it in the freezer.

I keep it on for 20 minutes in the evening and I find the next day the inflammation is down. It feels kind of numbing while it’s on. I don’t find u need to do it every day, just when I’m experiencing a lot of pain that I can’t manage.

Works well, although the cubes inside move around and get jumbled. Does not look sleek at all. Verry bulky and chunky looking. Does the job well of icing all the way around the elbow and forearm
