Easy to install and works great.

This is a pretty decent skimmer. The hose likes to come un done a lot and and it can be tricky attaching it but once you get it it works pretty decent it does pull the debri from the pool.

This works amazingly well. My only complaint is it doesn't work well with oval rails. We put a stick to take up some of the slack as you can see in the picture. In trying to get it tight enough that the baskets doesn't pop out of the water (because of the fit with the oval rails) the plastic cracked. It will finish out the season but will need to look into something different for next year. I would recommend as long as the pool rails aren't oval

Works okay. Caught a bunch of stuff and helped keep the pool clean but it don’t catch everything.

Awesome buy. I wanted to buy a bigger one but this was a gift to a friend. He loved it. Does its job but I do still want to get a more expensive one that does a more superb job

It hangs on the side of my pool just fine (I have a large oval shaped metal framed pool) and the height is easily adjustable. It was pretty easy to install, just plug the hose into my pump inlet inside the pool, hang it on the side of the pool and voila! Therein lies the rub - I have a large pool, with two intakes. The skimmer has too much restriction, so the pump just draws water from the other intake, so there's just not enough water flow through the skimmer to make it work. When I do block the other inlet, it will work well enough, though it doesn't seem to move a whole ton of water over the top of the basket. The gap between the floating portion and the housing is a little to large and it tends to pull water in around the sides of the basket under the floating lip, which reduces efficiency. I think this works better with a smaller pool, one that only has a single inlet.

After 10mins of the installation, the surface of the pool was clean. Remember to keep it clean before you swim or the collected debris will flow out.

There is no pump, u need your own. I added it to my system, and omg, this is the best money I spent. No more skimming with the pole. This takes all the crap off the top of the pool nicely. The floating ring seams like it’s not working, but when watch close, it skims the top of the pool.
